General Information

Please Download the coaches flyer to know what to wear each day. Remember there is a t-shirt to wear for the workout day too!

Athletes will compete in the GK provided attire. They will also march in in the GK warm ups. Level 9 athletes can wear a leo of their own for workout day. Level 10 athletes will wear the Region 4 tank leo provided to them by the region. It can be picked up prior to the workout at the meet.

Westerns

Thanks to Rick Nelson (Midwest Twisters) and Mike Durante (Premier) for distributing apparel. If you didn’t make arrangements to have your apparel picked up for you it is at the meet site. Coaches apparel not claimed on Thursday was left in the warm up gym by vault in boxes labeled region 4 apparel. It will be your responsibility to find it and get it.

Athlete competition apparel may be picked up at the GK booth all day Thursday or during the competition.

JO Nationals

Thanks to Kim Fuchs (Eagles)  for distributing apparel. If you didn’t make arrangements to have your apparel picked up for you it is at the meet site. Coaches and athlete apparel not claimed on Thursday was left in the club coaches hospitality room behind the warm up gym in boxes labeled region 4 apparel. It will be your responsibility to find it and get it.Please only take the bags labeled for you or your club. The other items in the boxes are not to be distributed without my approval.
