Hello to all and congratulations on qualifying your athletes to the Level National Championships and the NIT!

All of the latest region 4 information will be posted on this site. Please check it at least once a day to stay on top of the information.

As of today there was a form emailed to you to fill out with contact information and to RSVP to the Thursday workout. You may also click the link below to fill out that form.

I will also be looking for someone to assist is apparel distribution. Kim and I will be there but may want some additional help as I will be running the workout too.
